Hello!

Welcome to the temporary website of AMUSE. Our new website is currently under construction.

If you would like to ask a general question about AMUSE, please email our President, Farid, at pres.amuse at gmail dot com. If you have a question about your rights as a worker, or wish to make a complaint about your working conditions, email Dave, our Labour Relations Officer, at labour.amuse at gmail dot com. You can also always call our office at 514-398-8896.

We’ve uploaded most of our website content to this blog.  If you hit the Bulletin & Newsletter page, you’ll get the most recent updates on bargaining and other union-related news and activities.

Now what you really need to know at the moment is that AMUSE’s Bargaining Team is negotiating with McGill’s representatives towards our first Collective Agreement. Once a document has been drafted to which both parties can agree, this tentative agreement will be put before the AMUSE membership as a whole for approval or rejection. If you have any questions about bargaining, you can email the Team at bargaining.amuse at gmail dot com.

Malheureusement, ce site-web est actuellement disponsible uniquement en anglais. On peut vous assurer que le bilingualisme est un de nos priorités pour le nouveau. Merci de comprendre.

Solidarity!
